Request Forms
Please download the appropriate request form, dependent on the type of work you need to be done. Affymetrix, Roche-NimbleGen , quality  control together with qPCR, Pico Profiling each have their own  form. Next Generation Sequencing can be requested with our NGS form, but many additional techniques are available upon request. IRB researchers use the internal forms and everybody else the external ones.
